Please choose your products carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos ot the product and packaging, where applicable.
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
