 We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.
